Altar: One Table, Every Tradition
 

Coming in 2027, Altar marks a new chapter for Acre — the band's first full praise and worship album, and the first written not from within a single tradition, but for all three.
 

Where earlier releases like Christ Is King and Holy War spoke from a distinctly Catholic and Orthodox voice, Altar is built differently. Every song was written with the intention of being sung, prayed, and worshipped with by faithful Christians across Protestantism, Catholicism, and Orthodoxy alike — music meant to gather believers around what unites them, rather than what divides them.
 

The name says it plainly. An altar is where sacrifice, prayer, and worship meet — a place every branch of the Christian faith recognizes, even when the traditions surrounding it differ. Altar is Acre's attempt to write toward that common ground: songs of praise simple and honest enough to belong at any table, in any church, under any of these three names for the same faith.
 

It's a different kind of record for the band — quieter in places, with hints of heavy tones, more universal in its language — but built on the same conviction that has carried every Acre release before it.
