WHAT IS FLOCO?

FLOCO Media LLC is a family-operated limited liability company formed in Florida. It is a privately held creative media company that owns and manages a portfolio of internally developed brands and divisions, including FLOCO Music (formerly Fox Fire Records), FLOCO & Ink (formerly Vulpine Publishing), Wicked Whispers, and other emerging creative units. Those brands currently operate as divisions of the same LLC. They are not separate legal subsidiaries. They share FLOCO Media’s management, legal authority, resources, and infrastructure. FLOCO’s long-term plan is to grow qualifying brands to financial and operational stability, then consider moving them into semi-autonomous subsidiaries under the parent company. Until that happens, FLOCO Media and its brands remain one integrated company.

How does FLOCO Media structure its workforce and operations?

FLOCO Media uses a lean operating model. A small core leadership team works with contract professionals and interns. The aim is to stay focused, flexible, and efficient without a large full-time staff. Mavin is FLOCO’s internal operations assistant. It is used to help route email, handle recurring administrative tasks, organize documentation, and support internal workflows. It does not replace human creative authorship. FLOCO’s published creative work—writing, music composition, animation, and illustration—is created by people. Mavin is used for internal support, quality checks, and production logistics, not as the author of that work. This structure is meant to keep overhead down and move music, books, and animation projects forward faster than a traditional studio payroll allows. It is an operating experiment, not a claim that FLOCO has built AGI or that software can lawfully stand in for required human employees. Interns work under professional supervision in areas such as sound, animation, publishing, and production. Internship roles are offered only in a form that complies with applicable wage-and-hour law.

How does FLOCO Media use Ai in its creative process?

At FLOCO Media, music, books, and animation are authored by people—composers, authors, animators, and illustrators. That creative direction is human. Mavin is used after that work exists. It supports professional engineers, editors, and animators with finishing, file handling, quality checks, and production logistics so a small team can move faster than a traditional large-studio pipeline. FLOCO’s goal is shorter production cycles than the multi-year timelines common at large labels and publishers. AI is a tool in that process. It does not replace the human authors of FLOCO’s music, books, or animation. Mavin may also be used to help staff flag suspected machine-generated submissions so FLOCO can review them against its authenticity standards. Final acceptance decisions are made by people.

Are FLOCO Music and FLOCO & Ink independent companies?

FLOCO Music (formerly Fox Fire Records) and FLOCO & Ink (formerly Vulpine Publishing) are internal divisions of FLOCO Media LLC. They are not separate companies, subsidiaries, or independent legal entities. They are not Florida DBA / fictitious-name registrations. They operate under FLOCO Media’s management, legal authority, resources, and infrastructure. FLOCO’s long-term goal is to grow qualifying divisions until they can stand as self-supporting subsidiaries with their own legal and financial structure. Until that happens, FLOCO Music, FLOCO & Ink, and FLOCO’s other brands remain parts of one company.

What is FLOCO Holdings LLC?

FLOCO Media LLC is a Florida limited liability company. It owns and manages a portfolio of intellectual property and develops original work in music, publishing (including books and graphic novels), and animation. FLOCO Music, FLOCO & Ink, and FLOCO’s other brands are internally managed divisions of that LLC. FLOCO acquires, develops, and protects IP, and supports those divisions in bringing new work to market. FLOCO conducts its business in accordance with applicable Florida and United States law, including laws governing companies, copyright, and other intellectual property.

Can I invest in FLOCO Media?

FLOCO Media LLC is a privately held, family-operated company. It does not take outside equity investors or venture capital, and it does not plan to go public. Creative and ownership control stay with the company. FLOCO may run project campaigns—for example, to support an album, book, or animation. Those campaigns let fans support a specific work. They do not sell company ownership or equity. FLOCO Media remains privately owned. This model is meant to protect FLOCO’s mission and creative control while still giving the audience a way to back individual projects.

Where is FLOCO Located?

FLOCO Media does not currently own office buildings or other real estate. Day-to-day work is remote, through a distributed group of contractors, staff, and project collaborators. FLOCO intends, over the long term, to establish a headquarters in Central Florida. That is a goal, not a present facility. Some contractors and partners work with FLOCO under written arrangements. A few have agreed to be identified publicly in connection with that work. Others have asked not to be named, and FLOCO honors that. Those listings, where they appear, describe working relationships. They are not FLOCO-owned offices, branches, or separate company locations. This remote-first setup is how FLOCO keeps costs down while it builds toward a permanent Florida home.
