Defend Thy Faith: The Album That Introduced Acre
 

Defend Thy Faith wasn't just an album release — it was an introduction. Released in the fall of 2024, it marked the first record under the name Acre, following the band's journey from Crusader Clash to Warrior Worship and, finally, to the identity fans know today.
 

Several of the songs on Defend Thy Faith trace their roots back to 2019, when the band — then Crusader Clash — first recorded them in raw, garage-session form for the album Testify. For Defend Thy Faith, those same songs were reworked and re-recorded, sharpened into the sound Acre would carry forward as a band with a new name and a clearer sense of who it was.
 

The album climbed into the Top 10 Christian Metal charts shortly after release, with tracks including "Rainbow Crusade" and "Rise Up" earning award nominations for their bold, unflinching message — the same conviction that has defined Acre from the beginning.
