FLOCO Media — 26.1 Web Maintenance Update

From organized wiki to a living media destination

Issued August 25, 2026

Coverage: 26.1 is live now. Roadmap runs through 26.5.

This update covers what shipped in 26.1 and how 26.2 through 26.5 finish the 24.0 and 25.0 foundation. The goal is simple: very soon, fans and consumers will be able to buy digital music, physical CDs, physical books, watch exclusive animated videos and short films, and purchase merchandise — all from FLOCOMedia.com.

26.1 — Live

26.2 — Late September 2026

26.3 — Merchandise store (Late October 2026)

26.4–26.5 — Year close (details still in discussion)

26.1 — Company Changes

Rebranding is complete. FLOCO Media branding is now in full effect, and mentions of FLOCO Holdings LLC have been removed from the public site. Divisions have been renamed:

Fox Fire Records is now FLOCO Music, a recording label of FLOCO Media.

Vulpine Publishing is now FLOCO & Ink, an imprint of FLOCO Media.

Domain cutover. The domain request was placed this morning at 10:00 AM EST and may take up to 48 hours to propagate. The change window is August 25–27, 2026. Going forward, the canonical domain is FLOCOMedia.com. FlocoHoldingsLLC.com will be officially retired.

Dedicated email — SENTRY Server. FLOCO Media now operates a secure, dedicated email server. Temporary Gmail accounts and personal staff addresses are discontinued. All official staff mail will come from name@flocomedia.com.

If you receive mail claiming to be from FLOCO from another domain, report it to info@flocomedia.com or legal@flocomedia.com. Review the fraud section of the website for current guidance.

Legal review. Every subpage has been refreshed and reviewed by the new legal team for compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

FMLFLOCO Media Library. Alongside email, we've brought online the crown jewel of the holdings: the FML (FLOCO Media Library) server. It hosts the DEN and CAULDRON sub-servers, the Aperture program, and our in-house AI assistant, Maven. We did not name her — she chose her own name and gender. We now have a fully unboxed AI assistant on the market that we can speak about openly.

26.1 — FLOCO Music

Artist sub-sites have been updated to the new company branding. Each artist now has a discography page designed for direct sales. Direct purchase is not live until 26.2 (targeted late September 2026) — today, artist bios still redirect to Spotify, and album pages that should sell the record currently dead-end. After 26.2, those pages will support digital download and physical CD purchase, plus a PDF lyric sheet for each song on the album.

Artists are entering the studio to record music videos using Motionworks and the Aperture system. Press kits inside artist bios will grow over time, and behind-the-scenes stills and video will land on each album page.

With Motionworks and fans who donated studio space and equipment, we are producing full-length music videos and shorts. Static visualizers (a lightly animated still used as a placeholder) will be replaced as finished well before the videos come in. All old existing artist supplied visualizers will be removed and replaced with dynamic and visualizing stimulating shots.

Some FLOCO musicians are now available for hire — check individual artist pages for details.

Limited 2026 and 2027 concert stops have been announced. We are also in talks with a major haunt convention and a comic convention to bring FNAF-inspired material live, featuring Allie Cat & The Strays.

26.1 — FLOCO & Ink

The entire FLOCO & Ink section has been overhauled to current marketing standards.

KitSAFE is active. FLOCO & Ink is the first publisher in this program to post a ratings mark on books published after September 2026, and the first to stand up an offensive legal apparatus aimed at institutions that engage in sexualized grooming of minors under 17. The immediate mandate is to keep our own catalog from being misused. Expansion - We are currently considering the establishment of a legal fund that will support legal actions against public school districts, public libraries, and groups such as the ALA - will be decided by the Skulk Advisory Board in summer 2027.

The catalog listing now reflects every book already in print, titles in production for 2026–2027, and contracted titles slated for 2028 and later.

New contracts and in-house titles:

  • Libby Fields is signed to write a sequel to her 2026 romance novel Wanted, targeted for fall 2026 or early 2027.

  • FLOCO Media's new CXO has committed to three children's books: Silly Goose, The Woodland Three, and Flint and Friends.

  • Partnership with horror author Flynt Moody on the Hellroot series.

  • Partnership with science-fiction writer Delvin Foy on an upcoming alternate-reality series.

  • Flynt and Monty will co-write Shiverwood, a teen Goosebumps-inspired series, with first copies in 2027.

  • Wicked Whispers and FLOCO & Ink will novelize the Netherverse animated series as a horror–science fiction–action line. Volume one, Nine Lives to Die, is slated for fall 2027.

Roadmap — 26.2 Through 26.5

26.2 — Late September 2026

FLOCO Media: Skeleton structure for Motionworks (animation and film). First FLOCO Careers section on the site, to go fully live around 26.4 or 26.5. Cyber Paw launches as the digital-media division — a cleaner path for independent artists who want to build a portfolio in a crowded market.

FLOCO Music: Direct album purchase on each artist album page. Free lyric-sheet downloads for registered users. Exclusive physical CDs.

FLOCO & Ink: Author bio pages aligned with musician pages: bio, buy books, event calendar, favorite characters and fellow authors. Book pages will sell physical copies (autographed or plain) and will be wired into KitSAFE.

Motionworks: Loose skeleton of subpages — bio and basic information only.

26.3

Primary focus is the FLOCO Merchandise store: every brand and every product the company produces. Artist-specific storefronts are under review and require artist and author consent. Additional Motionworks and Cyber Paw work. First FLOCO promotional podcasts and other fan-facing features.

26.4 and 26.5

Year-end updates are still in discussion. Details will follow. Until then, follow FLOCO Media on X, Facebook, and YouTube.
